【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)盜版侵權(quán)嚴(yán)重困擾著我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。目前,網(wǎng)絡(luò)云盤侵權(quán)背后甚至形成了一條完整利益鏈,直接挑戰(zhàn)我國(guó)略具雛形的網(wǎng)絡(luò)正版內(nèi)容市場(chǎng),劣幣驅(qū)逐良幣,危及產(chǎn)業(yè)前途。我們有必要研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)云盤在新侵權(quán)模式下的中心地位,以及現(xiàn)行版權(quán)法體系下規(guī)制網(wǎng)絡(luò)云盤侵權(quán)的困境,并提出構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)版權(quán)和產(chǎn)業(yè)良好秩序的建議。
[Abstract]:Internet piracy infringement seriously puzzles the healthy development of Internet content industry in China. At present, behind the network cloud infringement has even formed a complete chain of interests, directly challenging China's slightly rudimentary network legitimate content market, Bad money drives out good, endangering the future of the industry. It is necessary for us to study the central position of the network cloud disk under the new infringement mode, as well as the dilemma of regulating the network cloud disk infringement under the current copyright law system, and put forward some suggestions for constructing the network copyright and the good order of the industry.
