【摘要】:正深化房地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革,構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義房地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度,是我國在新的發(fā)展階段健全社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,推進(jìn)工業(yè)化、城市化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的重要著力點和突破口。關(guān)于房地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革的主要觀點對于房地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度改革,學(xué)界有不同的觀點,大致可以分為維持現(xiàn)狀、私有化、國有化三種。筆者認(rèn)為,
