【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)進(jìn)入到新媒體時(shí)代,越來(lái)越多的音樂(lè)消費(fèi)者通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)欣賞、傳播和下載音樂(lè),在此過(guò)程中,數(shù)字音樂(lè)市場(chǎng)侵權(quán)行為頻發(fā),而數(shù)字音樂(lè)版權(quán)法律法規(guī)滯后于科技發(fā)展且數(shù)字音樂(lè)消費(fèi)者缺少版權(quán)保護(hù)意識(shí),從而在一定程度上阻礙著我國(guó)數(shù)字音樂(lè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。因此,面對(duì)這些問(wèn)題我們應(yīng)用積極構(gòu)建數(shù)字音樂(lè)政府管理機(jī)制、市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制、技術(shù)保護(hù)機(jī)制、法律保護(hù)機(jī)制、版權(quán)宣傳機(jī)制以及全球一體協(xié)同保護(hù)機(jī)制以便更好地提高我國(guó)數(shù)字音樂(lè)版權(quán)保護(hù)水平,以期可以更好地促進(jìn)我國(guó)數(shù)字音樂(lè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As China enters the era of new media, more and more music consumers enjoy, disseminate and download music through the network. In the process, infringement in the digital music market occurs frequently. Digital music copyright laws and regulations lag behind the development of science and technology and digital music consumers lack of awareness of copyright protection, thus hindering the healthy development of China's digital music industry to a certain extent. Therefore, in the face of these problems, we apply the active construction of digital music government management mechanism, market regulation mechanism, technical protection mechanism, legal protection mechanism, In order to promote the healthy development of digital music industry in China, copyright publicity mechanism and global cooperative protection mechanism can improve the copyright protection level of digital music in China.
