【摘要】：正陶鑫良教授從事知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)教學(xué)、研究與法律服務(wù)已經(jīng)整整三十年,現(xiàn)任上海大學(xué)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、溫州知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、大成(上海)律師事務(wù)所知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)部主任等;兼任國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)專家咨詢委員會(huì)委員、上海市政府知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)咨詢專家委員會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法學(xué)研究會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)等。他曾獲"全國(guó)專利工作者個(gè)人"、"全國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)先進(jìn)工作者"、"全國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)最有影響力的人物"等榮譽(yù);也曾被評(píng)選為"上海優(yōu)秀民事代理律師"(上海市律師協(xié)會(huì))、"2014中國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)訴訟律
[Abstract]:Professor Tao Xinliang is engaged in the intellectual property teaching, research and legal service for 30 years, now the director of the intellectual property college of Shanghai University, the director of Wenzhou Intellectual Property College, director of intellectual property department of the law firm of Dacheng (Shanghai), etc.; He also serves as a member of the State Intellectual Property Expert Advisory Committee, the Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Government, and the vice-president of the China Intellectual Property Law Association. He was honored with the "National Patent Workers", "National advanced intellectual property worker", "the most influential figure in the country's intellectual property rights", and the like; he was also selected as the "Shanghai excellent civil attorney" (Shanghai Bar Association) and "2014 China Intellectual Property Law"
