【摘要】：數(shù)字內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與數(shù)字化運(yùn)用的新發(fā)展日益繁榮。本文以亞馬遜、谷歌、百度等為例,介紹了數(shù)字內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)授權(quán)模式;指出現(xiàn)有的授權(quán)模式存在交易成本高,授權(quán)主體地位不平等,授權(quán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一,缺乏保障機(jī)制等問題;并分別從創(chuàng)新授權(quán)模式,加強(qiáng)版權(quán)培訓(xùn),提高法律意識(shí),完善法律,健全保障機(jī)制等方面提出建議,以促進(jìn)數(shù)字內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)授權(quán)工作能夠高效有序地開展,促進(jìn)數(shù)字內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)健康、快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the new development of the Internet and digital application, the digital content industry is flourishing day by day. Taking Amazon, Google and Baidu as examples, this paper introduces the intellectual property licensing model of digital content industry. It is pointed out that the existing authorization mode has some problems, such as high transaction cost, unequal status of the authorized subject, inconsistent authorization standards, lack of guarantee mechanism, etc. In order to promote the efficient and orderly development of intellectual property licensing in the digital content industry, suggestions are put forward from the following aspects: innovating the licensing mode, strengthening copyright training, improving legal awareness, perfecting law, and perfecting the safeguard mechanism, etc, in order to promote the development of intellectual property licensing in the digital content industry. To promote the healthy and rapid development of the digital content industry.
