【摘要】：同樣的設(shè)計(jì),不同知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)類型對其保護(hù)不同。一項(xiàng)好設(shè)計(jì)自產(chǎn)生之日起就能獲得著作權(quán)的保護(hù),在符合相關(guān)法律規(guī)定要求的情形下,還可以同時(shí)申請商標(biāo)權(quán)和外觀設(shè)計(jì)專利權(quán)。同樣的設(shè)計(jì),采用不同的形式申請商標(biāo)和專利權(quán),其保護(hù)范圍也不同。
[Abstract]:The same design, different types of intellectual property rights to protect its different.
