創(chuàng)造性審查關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)及對終端顯示微創(chuàng)新的意義

【摘要】：首先,介紹了創(chuàng)造性審查原則的兩大方面,并指出其中"突出的實(shí)質(zhì)性特點(diǎn)"比"顯著的進(jìn)步"對審查結(jié)論的影響更大。說明了幾種特定類型發(fā)明,以補(bǔ)充對于"顯著的進(jìn)步"的考慮。最后,分析了終端顯示領(lǐng)域中的微創(chuàng)新,以及微創(chuàng)新在尋求專利保護(hù)過程中所遇到的困難及具體的應(yīng)對舉措。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper introduces two aspects of the principle of creative review, and points out that "outstanding substantive characteristics" have more influence on the conclusion of the review than "remarkable progress". Several specific types of inventions are described to supplement the consideration of "significant progress". Finally, the paper analyzes the micro-innovation in the field of terminal display, and the difficulties encountered by micro-innovation in the process of seeking patent protection and the concrete measures to deal with it.
