【摘要】：文章對(duì)"默示同意"在數(shù)據(jù)收集中適用的可行性、適用條件和適用范圍進(jìn)行了研究,分析了"默示同意"在數(shù)據(jù)收集中適用的難點(diǎn)問題,提出了完善數(shù)據(jù)收集"默示同意"制度的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the feasibility, applicable conditions and scope of "implied consent" in data collection, and analyzes the difficulties in the application of "implied consent" in data collection. Some suggestions are put forward to perfect the system of implied consent for data collection.
