【摘要】：我國《商標(biāo)法》歷經(jīng)起跑到加速再到騰飛的過程,這也是我國改革開放以來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、法制建設(shè)與法治進(jìn)步的標(biāo)志之一�！渡虡�(biāo)法》30多年的成長軌跡表明,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,根據(jù)不同時(shí)期商標(biāo)問題呈現(xiàn)的紛繁特點(diǎn)與多樣內(nèi)容,我國也相應(yīng)地制定、修改了《商標(biāo)法》。我們有必要精心爬梳與反思其法制歷程,以期繼續(xù)拓展我國商標(biāo)法律制度的新領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:The Trademark Law of our country has gone through the process of starting, accelerating and then taking off, which is also one of the symbols of the economic development, legal system construction and the progress of the rule of law since China's reform and opening up. The track of the growth of the Trademark Law for more than 30 years shows that, With the development of social economy, according to the complicated characteristics and various contents of trademark problems in different periods, China has formulated and revised the Trademark Law accordingly. It is necessary for us to carefully comb and reflect on its legal course in order to continue to expand the new field of trademark legal system in our country.
