【摘要】：隨著信息時代的發(fā)展,技術(shù)的進步在給人們生活帶來便利的同時,也會引發(fā)其他問題的產(chǎn)生。我們身處的大數(shù)據(jù)時代一方面讓我們得以快速獲取海量信息,另一方面卻也使普通公民面對隱私泄露的風(fēng)險。大數(shù)據(jù)通過對大量非結(jié)構(gòu)化的數(shù)據(jù)進行實時分析,使人們的行為模式、消費習(xí)慣、需求好惡等都被記錄并運用于之后的重復(fù)行為,為人們的生活帶來很大便利。但伴隨產(chǎn)生的隱私保護問題也不斷涌現(xiàn),令人憂慮和深思,本文所要探究的就是如何在大數(shù)據(jù)時代保護公民的隱私。在研究方法上,本文把質(zhì)化和量化相結(jié)合,搜索整理了國內(nèi)外重大隱私泄露事件18例,從技術(shù)手段、侵害主體、影響后果等維度進行分類統(tǒng)計,分析其產(chǎn)生原因,結(jié)合個案研究方法深入解讀典型事件,提出相應(yīng)對策建議,例如增強行業(yè)自律、完善立法和政策引導(dǎo)、加強公民隱私保護意識等。
[Abstract]:With the development of information age, the progress of technology not only brings convenience to people's life, but also leads to other problems. We live in the big data era, allowing us to quickly access vast amounts of information, on the other hand, ordinary citizens are also exposed to the risk of privacy disclosure. Big data through the real-time analysis of a large number of unstructured data, make people's behavior patterns, consumption habits, demand likes and dislikes and so on to be recorded and used in the subsequent repeated behavior, bringing great convenience to people's life. However, the problems of privacy protection come forth constantly, which makes people worry and ponder. What this paper is going to explore is how to protect the privacy of citizens in big data's time. In terms of research methods, this paper combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, searches and sorts 18 cases of major privacy leaks at home and abroad, classifies them from the dimensions of technical means, invasion subjects, and impact consequences, and analyzes the causes of their occurrence. Combined with the method of case study, this paper deeply interprets typical events and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthening industry self-discipline, perfecting legislation and policy guidance, strengthening citizen's privacy protection consciousness and so on.
