【摘要】：經(jīng)過十幾年的努力,我國軟件正版化工作取得舉世矚目的成就。但目前侵犯軟件著作權(quán)的現(xiàn)象還較為普遍,軟件侵權(quán)盜版不但嚴(yán)重?fù)p害著作權(quán)人的合法權(quán)利,扼殺創(chuàng)新,破壞市場經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序,阻礙經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和文化繁榮,而且嚴(yán)重影響我國市場誠信體系建設(shè),破壞對外開放的投資環(huán)境,損害我國的國際形象。為此,開展軟件侵權(quán)盜版案件調(diào)查研究,為政府打擊軟件侵權(quán)盜版決策提供智力支持顯得十分緊迫而必要。
[Abstract]:After more than ten years' efforts, software legalization in our country has made remarkable achievements. However, at present, the phenomenon of infringing software copyright is quite common. Software piracy not only seriously damages the legitimate rights of copyright owners, stifles innovation, destroys the order of market economy, and impedes economic development and cultural prosperity. Moreover, it seriously affects the construction of our market credit system, destroys the investment environment of opening to the outside world, and impairs our international image. Therefore, it is urgent and necessary to carry out investigation and research on software piracy cases and provide intellectual support for the government's decision to crack down on software piracy.
