【摘要】：中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)總體產(chǎn)值的逐步攀升以及由此引發(fā)的IP版權(quán)開發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的逐步加強(qiáng),并沒有帶來網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)創(chuàng)意資源版權(quán)運(yùn)營的規(guī)范化。網(wǎng)絡(luò)版權(quán)保護(hù)的相對混亂,受到傷害的不僅是網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)平臺(tái),更為嚴(yán)重的是那些網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)創(chuàng)造者。網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)作家不僅面臨盜版、抄襲的維權(quán)難題,更是一直經(jīng)受網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)平臺(tái)強(qiáng)勢"買斷合同"的壓榨。而造成這一版權(quán)生態(tài)現(xiàn)實(shí)的原因,有資本優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)平臺(tái)強(qiáng)勢話語權(quán),有免費(fèi)商業(yè)模式造成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)作家的"非精英"標(biāo)簽,更有政府宏觀制度層面"又愛又恨"的管控態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:The gradual increase of the total output value of China's network literature industry and the gradual strengthening of the IP copyright development industry chain have not brought about the standardization of copyright operation of the network literature creative resources. The relative confusion of network copyright protection is not only the platform of network literature, but also the creators of network literature. Network writers not only face the problem of piracy and plagiarism, but also suffer the pressure of buying out contracts. The reasons for this copyright ecological reality are the strong discourse power of the network literature platform produced by the capital advantage, and the "non-elite" label of the network literature writers caused by the free business model. More macro government system level, "both love and hate" control attitude.
