【摘要】：合理的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)對(duì)上海自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。在對(duì)上海自由貿(mào)易實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)現(xiàn)存的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問題進(jìn)行分析基礎(chǔ)之上,借鑒國外自由貿(mào)易區(qū)保護(hù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合國情,為上海自由貿(mào)易實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)的健康良性發(fā)展提出對(duì)策及建議。
[Abstract]:Reasonable intellectual property protection is very important to the development of Shanghai Free Trade area. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of intellectual property rights in Shanghai Free Trade Experimental area and the experience of foreign free trade area protection, the countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy and benign development of Shanghai Free Trade Experimental Zone are put forward.
