【摘要】：正國(guó)知發(fā)管字[2016]92號(hào)各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局,局機(jī)關(guān)、專利局有關(guān)部門(mén)、局直屬有關(guān)單位:為深入貫徹黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于實(shí)行嚴(yán)格的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的決策部署,進(jìn)一步深化知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)維權(quán)援助與快速維權(quán)工作,加快建立產(chǎn)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)快速協(xié)同保護(hù)機(jī)制,切實(shí)完善產(chǎn)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)體系,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),我局決定在有條件地方的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū),依托一批重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)中心,開(kāi)展集快速審查、快
