銀行轉(zhuǎn)貸有“三難”

【摘要】:正2016年1月《不動產(chǎn)登記暫行條例實(shí)施細(xì)則》開始實(shí)施,新政規(guī)定房屋所有權(quán)、土地使用權(quán)、抵押權(quán)等權(quán)利在首次登記或變更登記時,需申領(lǐng)不動產(chǎn)權(quán)證(即"權(quán)證合一")。實(shí)踐中,部分銀行反映權(quán)證登記政策變化后,貸款業(yè)務(wù)尤其是轉(zhuǎn)貸業(yè)務(wù)出現(xiàn)困難,南通銀監(jiān)分局對此專門開展了調(diào)研。
[Abstract]:In January 2016, the interim regulations on the Registration of Real Estate began to be implemented. The New deal stipulates that the rights of house ownership, land use right, mortgage and other rights shall apply for a real estate warrant when they are registered for the first time or change their registration. In practice, some banks reflect the change of warrant registration policy, loan business, especially the transfer of loans business difficulties, Nantong Banking Supervisory Bureau of this special investigation.
