【摘要】：正互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)與影視產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出井噴式發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,促使影視劇跨行網(wǎng)絡(luò)小說取材已成為一種重要的實現(xiàn)方式。版權(quán)歸屬的轉(zhuǎn)化既成為現(xiàn)實操作中的首要問題,又成為制約二者聯(lián)姻最大化的癥結(jié)。隨著傳媒市場不斷地整治與規(guī)范,版權(quán)歸屬的重要性日益凸顯。厘清改編過程中潛藏的危機,尋求有效的解決路徑,將為網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)與影視產(chǎn)業(yè)的聯(lián)姻創(chuàng)造更有利的環(huán)境。版權(quán)改編的可行性跨行取材體現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)小說對影視創(chuàng)作的互補性。數(shù)量雜多、
[Abstract]:The internet literature and film and television industry in the age of the Internet is showing a blowout development situation, and it has become an important way to realize the material selection of the interbank network novel of the film and television drama. The transformation of copyright ownership is not only the most important problem in practical operation, but also the crux of restricting the maximization of marriage. With the constant improvement and standardization of the media market, the importance of copyright ownership has become increasingly prominent. Clarifying the hidden crisis in the process of adaptation and seeking effective solutions will create a more favorable environment for the marriage of network literature and film and television industry.
