空氣凈化技術(shù)專利布局研究
[Abstract]:The emergence of air purification technology is mainly to solve the problem of indoor air pollution. With the increasing demand for air purification, the domestic air purification market has entered a rapid development stage. Because foreign enterprises entered the field of air purification earlier, the air purification technology has been studied deeply for a long time, and has applied for patent in the main consuming countries and regions of air purification products. Although there are only a few patent disputes related to air purification in Chinese market at present, it is still necessary for domestic enterprises to make patent information analysis and plan ahead of time in order to avoid falling into patent disputes in the future. An analysis of patent information on global air purification technology shows that China, Japan, South Korea and the United States are the major countries that apply for air purification technology patents. These four countries accounted for 90 percent of the total patent applications, while important patent applicants came from the United States, Japan and South Korea. An analysis of the patent information of key foreign enterprises, Panasonic, Big Gold and Samsung, shows that the three companies attach great importance to their domestic markets, and at the same time take into account other parts of the world, and the three companies have a very comprehensive technology coverage. But Panasonic's technology is stronger, and Samsung's market power is stronger. The analysis of patent information on air purification technology in China shows that the air purification market in China is in a rapid development stage. In recent years, the number of patent applications has increased rapidly, and the total amount of patent applications is very large, but the patent applicants are very scattered. The analysis of key domestic enterprises Gree and Haier shows that the two enterprises have not been in the field of air purification for a long time and have only applied for patents actively in recent years. The number of patents is very small and the technical coverage is very narrow. Compared with foreign enterprises, domestic enterprises have no advantages in patent number and technology. At present, foreign enterprises account for about 80% of China's air purification market, and foreign enterprises have advantages in technology and brand. In the face of this situation, combined with the results of comparative analysis of key enterprises at home and abroad, some suggestions on the development of air purification technology are put forward from the angle of enterprise and industry. From the point of view of enterprises, domestic enterprises should take the initiative to accept the challenge, increase the intensity of technological research and development, and actively apply for patents in order to increase the coverage of patent technology and expand the coverage of patent regions. According to the actual situation of the company, we choose to purchase patents or seek research and development partners to improve the patent status of the company; from the industrial point of view, we should build a reasonable and efficient mode of cooperation between industry, college and research, and establish an industrial alliance. In order to improve the ability of patent operation and management and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry, the alliance members set up a pool of industrial patents in order to cope with the strong competitive pressure of foreign enterprises. The state may provide financial and policy support at the industrial level according to the actual development of the industry.
