空氣凈化技術(shù)專利布局研究

【摘要】:空氣凈化技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)主要是為了解決室內(nèi)空氣污染的問(wèn)題,隨著空氣凈化的需求日益增長(zhǎng),國(guó)內(nèi)空氣凈化市場(chǎng)開(kāi)始進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展階段。國(guó)外企業(yè)由于較早進(jìn)入空氣凈化領(lǐng)域,對(duì)空氣凈化技術(shù)已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期深入研究,并且在空氣凈化產(chǎn)品主要的消費(fèi)國(guó)家和地區(qū)申請(qǐng)了專利。中國(guó)市場(chǎng)目前雖然僅出現(xiàn)了幾起與空氣凈化相關(guān)的專利糾紛,但是國(guó)內(nèi)的企業(yè)仍有必要做好專利信息分析,提前謀劃布局,以避免日后陷入專利糾紛。對(duì)全球空氣凈化技術(shù)的專利信息分析表明,中國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)、美國(guó)是空氣凈化技術(shù)專利申請(qǐng)的主要國(guó)家,這四個(gè)國(guó)家的專利申請(qǐng)量占據(jù)總量的90%,而重要的專利申請(qǐng)人基本來(lái)自美日韓這三個(gè)國(guó)家。對(duì)國(guó)外重點(diǎn)企業(yè)松下、大金和三星的專利信息分析表明,三家公司都非常重視本國(guó)的市場(chǎng),同時(shí)兼顧世界上其他地區(qū),三家公司的技術(shù)覆蓋非常全面,但是松下公司的技術(shù)實(shí)力更強(qiáng),而三星公司的市場(chǎng)能力更強(qiáng)。對(duì)中國(guó)空氣凈化技術(shù)的專利信息分析表明,中國(guó)的空氣凈化市場(chǎng)目前處于快速發(fā)展階段,近幾年的專利申請(qǐng)量快速增長(zhǎng),專利申請(qǐng)總量很大,但專利申請(qǐng)人非常分散。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)的重點(diǎn)企業(yè)格力和海爾的分析表明,二者進(jìn)入空氣凈化領(lǐng)域時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),最近幾年才開(kāi)始積極申請(qǐng)專利,專利數(shù)量很少,且技術(shù)覆蓋面很窄。與國(guó)外的企業(yè)相比,國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)在專利數(shù)量和技術(shù)上都不具備優(yōu)勢(shì)。目前,國(guó)外企業(yè)占據(jù)中國(guó)空氣凈化市場(chǎng)約80%的份額,并且國(guó)外企業(yè)在技術(shù)和品牌上均占優(yōu)勢(shì)。面對(duì)這種局面,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外重點(diǎn)企業(yè)的對(duì)比分析結(jié)果,從企業(yè)角度和產(chǎn)業(yè)角度對(duì)空氣凈化技術(shù)的發(fā)展提出幾點(diǎn)建議。從企業(yè)角度來(lái)說(shuō),國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)要主動(dòng)接受挑戰(zhàn),加大技術(shù)研發(fā)力度,積極專利申請(qǐng),以提高專利技術(shù)覆蓋面和擴(kuò)大專利地域覆蓋面,根據(jù)公司的實(shí)際情況選擇購(gòu)買專利或?qū)で笱邪l(fā)合作伙伴等方式來(lái)改善公司的專利狀況;從產(chǎn)業(yè)角度來(lái)說(shuō),構(gòu)建合理高效的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式,建立產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟,聯(lián)盟成員間建立產(chǎn)業(yè)專利池,從而提升企業(yè)的專利運(yùn)營(yíng)管理能力和提高行業(yè)的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)外企業(yè)強(qiáng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,國(guó)家可以根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r從在產(chǎn)業(yè)層面提供資金和政策支持。
[Abstract]:The emergence of air purification technology is mainly to solve the problem of indoor air pollution. With the increasing demand for air purification, the domestic air purification market has entered a rapid development stage. Because foreign enterprises entered the field of air purification earlier, the air purification technology has been studied deeply for a long time, and has applied for patent in the main consuming countries and regions of air purification products. Although there are only a few patent disputes related to air purification in Chinese market at present, it is still necessary for domestic enterprises to make patent information analysis and plan ahead of time in order to avoid falling into patent disputes in the future. An analysis of patent information on global air purification technology shows that China, Japan, South Korea and the United States are the major countries that apply for air purification technology patents. These four countries accounted for 90 percent of the total patent applications, while important patent applicants came from the United States, Japan and South Korea. An analysis of the patent information of key foreign enterprises, Panasonic, Big Gold and Samsung, shows that the three companies attach great importance to their domestic markets, and at the same time take into account other parts of the world, and the three companies have a very comprehensive technology coverage. But Panasonic's technology is stronger, and Samsung's market power is stronger. The analysis of patent information on air purification technology in China shows that the air purification market in China is in a rapid development stage. In recent years, the number of patent applications has increased rapidly, and the total amount of patent applications is very large, but the patent applicants are very scattered. The analysis of key domestic enterprises Gree and Haier shows that the two enterprises have not been in the field of air purification for a long time and have only applied for patents actively in recent years. The number of patents is very small and the technical coverage is very narrow. Compared with foreign enterprises, domestic enterprises have no advantages in patent number and technology. At present, foreign enterprises account for about 80% of China's air purification market, and foreign enterprises have advantages in technology and brand. In the face of this situation, combined with the results of comparative analysis of key enterprises at home and abroad, some suggestions on the development of air purification technology are put forward from the angle of enterprise and industry. From the point of view of enterprises, domestic enterprises should take the initiative to accept the challenge, increase the intensity of technological research and development, and actively apply for patents in order to increase the coverage of patent technology and expand the coverage of patent regions. According to the actual situation of the company, we choose to purchase patents or seek research and development partners to improve the patent status of the company; from the industrial point of view, we should build a reasonable and efficient mode of cooperation between industry, college and research, and establish an industrial alliance. In order to improve the ability of patent operation and management and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry, the alliance members set up a pool of industrial patents in order to cope with the strong competitive pressure of foreign enterprises. The state may provide financial and policy support at the industrial level according to the actual development of the industry.
