【摘要】：當前,虛擬財產在網絡交易平臺上被廣泛使用,由此引發(fā)的糾紛也層出不窮,亟需納入法律保護之中。然而,我國對虛擬財產交易的法律保護制度還不完善,在法律技術和電子取證認證等方面尚缺乏明確的法律規(guī)范。因此,必須在法理探討和立法建設上予以充分重視,厘清各方的權利義務關系,合理劃分法律責任,將虛擬財產交易納入法律機制的保護之下。
[Abstract]:At present, the virtual property is widely used on the network trading platform, and the disputes arising therefrom emerge in endlessly, so it is urgent to bring it into the legal protection. However, the legal protection system of virtual property transaction in our country is not perfect, and there is still no clear legal norm in legal technology and electronic forensics authentication. Therefore, we must pay full attention to the discussion of legal theory and legislative construction, clarify the relationship between rights and obligations of all parties, reasonably divide legal responsibility, and bring virtual property transaction under the protection of legal mechanism.
