【摘要】：正傳播方式和傳播渠道的巨大改變變革了新聞的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),保障這一結(jié)構(gòu)平穩(wěn)過渡的一大關(guān)鍵就在于新聞著作權(quán)保護(hù)體系的完善是否及時。1月13日,國務(wù)院印發(fā)《"十三五"國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)和運用規(guī)劃》(以下簡稱"《規(guī)劃》");1月15日,中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于促進(jìn)移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)健康有序發(fā)展的意見》(以下簡稱"《意見》")。這兩個文件的頒布為知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)健康發(fā)展提供了新的政策保障,也為媒體融合時代新聞
[Abstract]:The great changes in the way and channels of communication have changed the industrial structure of news. The key to ensuring the smooth transition of this structure is whether the copyright protection system of news is perfect or not. On January 13, The State Council issued the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Protection and Application of intellectual property Rights" (hereinafter referred to as "the Plan"); on January 15, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, The General Office of the State Council issued opinions on promoting the healthy and orderly Development of the Mobile Internet (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"). The promulgation of these two documents provides a new policy guarantee for the protection of intellectual property rights and the healthy development of the Internet, as well as news in the era of media integration.
