【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代消費(fèi)者的后悔權(quán)問(wèn)題早已經(jīng)引起各方的廣泛關(guān)注,其中主要的爭(zhēng)議焦點(diǎn)在于各方合法合理權(quán)益的保護(hù)。對(duì)于后悔權(quán)展開(kāi)具體分析和研究,符合當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì)要求。本次研究圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)者后悔權(quán)問(wèn)題展開(kāi),研究具有一定實(shí)效性,研究結(jié)果具有借鑒性。
[Abstract]:The issue of consumers' right of regret in the Internet era has already aroused widespread concern, among which the main controversy is the protection of the legitimate and reasonable rights and interests of all parties. The specific analysis and research on the right of regret accord with the trend of the rapid development of the Internet e-commerce industry. This research revolves around the network consumer regret right question, the research has the certain actual effect, the research result has the reference.
