【摘要】：《繼承法》的修改需反映民眾的意愿,適應(yīng)新時(shí)期人民群眾遺產(chǎn)繼承和糾紛處理的需求。在現(xiàn)行法律制度的發(fā)展之下,要重視和融合合理的民間繼承習(xí)慣,并將其有效地運(yùn)用于立法活動(dòng)和司法審判當(dāng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)制定法律和傳統(tǒng)習(xí)慣的良性發(fā)展,共同維護(hù)社會(huì)的良好秩序。
[Abstract]:The amendment of inheritance Law should reflect the will of the people and meet the needs of inheritance and dispute resolution of the masses in the new period. With the development of the current legal system, it is necessary to attach importance to and integrate reasonable folk inheritance habits, and effectively apply them to legislative activities and judicial trials, so as to realize the sound development of making laws and traditional customs. Work together to maintain good social order.
