【摘要】：未成年人是國家的希望,民族的未來,未成年監(jiān)護制度作為保護未成年人權(quán)益的重要的法律制度,重要性自是不必言說。但是未成年監(jiān)護制度存在的問題也是愈發(fā)顯著,不可忽視。選取有關(guān)未成年人監(jiān)護糾紛的判決書為樣本進行實證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)未成年監(jiān)護制度存在的問題,在法律原有規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上提出完善之建議,以期能為未成年人提供更為全面的保護。
[Abstract]:Minors are the hope of the country and the future of the nation. As an important legal system to protect the rights and interests of minors, the minor guardianship system needs not be stated. But the underage guardianship system exists the question also is more obvious, cannot ignore. Selecting the judgment of minor guardianship dispute as the sample to carry on the empirical analysis, find out the problems existing in the minor guardianship system, and put forward the suggestion to perfect on the basis of the original provisions of the law. In order to provide more comprehensive protection for minors.
