【摘要】：民國時(shí)期,隨著出版業(yè)的發(fā)展和大批量復(fù)制技術(shù)的普及,翻版盜印現(xiàn)象也逐漸滋長,這一現(xiàn)象在當(dāng)時(shí)被稱為"翻版書"現(xiàn)象。由于其與出版業(yè)的經(jīng)營、著作者的利益以及國家的文化發(fā)展,有著莫大的關(guān)聯(lián),因而受到了極大的社會關(guān)注。本文選取1927-1937這一時(shí)間段,研究翻版書現(xiàn)象在時(shí)間上的縱向演變,以及在地域上的橫向流布,分析了制造翻版書的團(tuán)伙構(gòu)成,以及打擊翻版書的力量。通過呈現(xiàn)不同主體之間在翻版書問題上的博弈,從側(cè)面反映出當(dāng)時(shí)版權(quán)保護(hù)制度的實(shí)際施行效果,另外,通過呈現(xiàn)時(shí)人在翻版書問題上發(fā)表的意見,展現(xiàn)這一時(shí)期著作權(quán)觀念的分歧和衍化。在特定時(shí)空下,對翻版書展開研究,可以看到翻版書與社會時(shí)代背景之間的緊密聯(lián)系。借助翻版書的的視角,亦可以揭示出當(dāng)時(shí)人看待知識生產(chǎn)的真實(shí)態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:In the period of the Republic of China, with the development of publishing industry and the popularization of mass reproduction technology, the phenomenon of pirated printing was gradually growing, which was called "reprint book" phenomenon at that time. Because of its great connection with the operation of publishing industry, the interests of the writers and the cultural development of the country, it has received great social attention. This paper selects 1927-1937 as a time period to study the vertical evolution of the phenomenon of reprint in time and the horizontal distribution in the region, and analyzes the composition of the group that makes the reprinted book and the power to crack down on the reprint. By presenting the game between different subjects on the issue of reprinting books, it reflects the actual effect of the copyright protection system at that time. In addition, by presenting the opinions expressed by people on the issue of reprinting books at the time of presentation, Show the difference and evolution of copyright concept in this period. Under the special time and space, we can see the close relation between the reprint book and the social background. From the perspective of reprinting books, we can also reveal the true attitude of people to knowledge production at that time.
