【摘要】：隨著我國出版行業(yè)的發(fā)展,出版單位的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、運行模式、設(shè)計主體已經(jīng)發(fā)生了巨大的變化。一些出版單位撤銷原有的版式設(shè)計部門,版式設(shè)計委托出版社外設(shè)計公司或個人完成,職務(wù)設(shè)計作品被委托作品所取代,版式設(shè)計著作權(quán)的歸屬需要按照委托合同的具體約定來界定。
[Abstract]:With the development of publishing industry in China, great changes have taken place in the organizational structure, operation mode and design subject of publishing units. Some publishing units have abolished the original layout design departments, and the layout design has been entrusted to design companies or individuals outside the publishing house, and job design works have been replaced by commissioned works. The ownership of typographic design copyright needs to be defined according to the specific agreement of the entrustment contract.
