【摘要】：正2014年1月最高法、最高檢、公安部和民政部聯(lián)合制定的《關(guān)于依法處理監(jiān)護(hù)人侵害未成年人權(quán)益行為若干問題的意見》(以下簡稱"《處理監(jiān)護(hù)人侵害未成年人權(quán)益行為意見》")在內(nèi)容上體現(xiàn)了"未成年人最大利益原則",完善了監(jiān)護(hù)資格撤銷制度。2015年3月最高法、最高檢、公安部、司法部聯(lián)合出臺的《關(guān)于依法辦理家庭暴力犯罪案件的意見》(以下簡稱"《辦理家暴犯罪案件意見》")在基本原則和虐待罪、遺棄罪的判定上,對未成年人監(jiān)護(hù)制度起到
