【摘要】：上世紀90年代末小產(chǎn)權房在中國悄然興起,隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的快速發(fā)展,小產(chǎn)權房也呈現(xiàn)出愈演愈烈之勢,并成為中國社會的熱點問題。小產(chǎn)權房在國務院、國土部門高壓政策下仍然生生不息,與其生存的土壤有著密切關系,本文分析小產(chǎn)權房產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展的根源及其他影響因素,以期為尋求小產(chǎn)權房解決之道提供明確的方向。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 1990s, the small property house rose quietly in China. With the rapid development of urbanization, the small property house is becoming more and more intense and has become a hot issue in Chinese society. Small property houses are still living under the high-pressure policy of the State Council and the land department, which is closely related to the soil in which they exist. This paper analyzes the origin, development and other influencing factors of small property houses. With a view to seeking solutions to small property rights to provide a clear direction.
