【摘要】：在數(shù)字圖書館信息資源的開發(fā)與利用中,數(shù)字圖書館版權(quán)協(xié)調(diào)模式的多元化構(gòu)建是關(guān)鍵。本文以建構(gòu)法定許可制度和合理使用制度為主體,基于多元化視角,整合多種數(shù)字圖書館版權(quán)協(xié)調(diào)模式,特別是角色定位和權(quán)利細(xì)化的版權(quán)協(xié)調(diào)模式整合構(gòu)思,即對數(shù)字圖書館的三重角色的三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)所涉及的版權(quán)問題進(jìn)行細(xì)化再整合相應(yīng)的協(xié)調(diào)模式,從而更有效地解決當(dāng)前正"蓬勃"發(fā)展的數(shù)字圖書館版權(quán)問題,極大地促進(jìn)數(shù)字圖書館的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the development and utilization of digital library information resources, the multiplex construction of copyright coordination mode of digital library is the key. This paper takes the construction of legal license system and reasonable use system as the main body, integrates various copyright coordination modes of digital library, especially the copyright coordination mode of role orientation and rights refinement, based on the pluralistic perspective. That is to say, the copyright problems involved in the three links of the triple role of the digital library are refined and reintegrated into the corresponding coordination mode, so as to solve the copyright problem of the digital library which is developing vigorously at present. It greatly promotes the healthy development of digital library.
