【摘要】：廣西作為少數(shù)民族自治區(qū),具有豐富的少數(shù)民族文化資源,轄區(qū)內(nèi)少數(shù)民族文化知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護,在少數(shù)民族自治地區(qū)乃至全國范圍內(nèi)均具有一定的代表性。但是隨著經(jīng)濟社會的日益發(fā)展,少數(shù)民族文化知識正在面臨著惡劣的生存環(huán)境和諸多保護上的難題。從少數(shù)民族文化知識產(chǎn)權(quán)利益分享機制的構(gòu)建出發(fā),提出了少數(shù)民族文化知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護機制。
[Abstract]:Guangxi, as a minority autonomous region, has rich cultural resources of minority nationalities, and the protection of intellectual property rights of minority culture in its jurisdiction has certain representativeness in minority autonomous regions and even in the whole country. However, with the development of economy and society, the cultural knowledge of ethnic minorities is facing the harsh living environment and many problems of protection. Starting from the construction of benefit sharing mechanism of minority cultural intellectual property rights, this paper puts forward the protection mechanism of minority cultural intellectual property rights.
