【摘要】：個人信息作為反映個體特征、可識別個體身份的符號系統(tǒng),其安全與否不僅關(guān)系公民的基本權(quán)利,更關(guān)系經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與社會穩(wěn)定。特別是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,個人信息的經(jīng)濟性愈發(fā)凸顯,加之收集、利用的途徑也不斷增加,個人信息的侵權(quán)行為也愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重。近年來,由于我國對個人信息保護不足,導(dǎo)致大量侵犯消費者信息權(quán)的事件發(fā)生,不得不對我們敲響警鐘。本文主要總結(jié)信息泄漏途徑,介紹我國法律對消費者信息權(quán)保護存在的困難,并提出建議。
[Abstract]:Personal information, as a symbol system that reflects individual characteristics and can identify individual identity, is not only related to the basic rights of citizens, but also to economic development and social stability. Especially in the network environment, the economy of personal information becomes more and more prominent, together with the collection, the way to use is also increasing, the infringement of personal information is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, due to the insufficient protection of personal information in our country, a large number of violations of consumer information rights have occurred, which have to sound the alarm to us. This paper summarizes the ways of information leakage, introduces the difficulties existing in the protection of consumers' right to information by law in our country, and puts forward some suggestions.
