【摘要】：兒童作為家庭的私有財產(chǎn)一直不在政府和社會關注的視野之內(nèi)。然而,19世紀末家庭中的兒童虐待問題引起了英國社會的普遍關注,社會不同力量圍繞這一問題作出了不同的努力,并最終促成了1889年《防止虐待和保護兒童法》的出臺。防止虐待兒童成為19世紀末英國社會的一項重要工作,但與以往不同的是,它是在兒童權利的名義下進行的。兒童虐待問題成為英國兒童權利觀念誕生的一個突破口。
[Abstract]:Children as the private property of the family have been outside the attention of the government and society. However, the problem of child abuse in the family at the end of the 19th century caused widespread concern in British society. Different social forces made different efforts around this problem, and finally led to the enactment of the Prevention of Child abuse and Protection of Children Act 1889. Prevention of child abuse became an important part of British society at the end of the 19th century, but, unlike in the past, it was carried out in the name of children's rights. Child abuse has become a breakthrough in the birth of the concept of child rights in Britain.
