【摘要】：隨著海外圖書(shū)引進(jìn)的逐年增多,翻譯作品版權(quán)的價(jià)值貢獻(xiàn)也越發(fā)顯現(xiàn)。本文在分析翻譯作品的價(jià)值基礎(chǔ)上,明確了翻譯作品版權(quán)的價(jià)值構(gòu)成,分析翻譯人、運(yùn)營(yíng)商和出版商三方對(duì)翻譯作品版權(quán)的價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的貢獻(xiàn),并提出了按貢獻(xiàn)分配收入的基本原則。
[Abstract]:With the increasing import of overseas books, the value contribution of the copyright of translated works becomes more and more obvious. On the basis of analyzing the value of translated works, this paper clarifies the value composition of copyright in translated works, and analyzes the contribution of translators, operators and publishers to the realization of the value of copyright in translated works. And put forward the basic principle of income distribution according to contribution.
