【摘要】：正記者的法律素養(yǎng)記者的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),涉及政治素養(yǎng)、法律素養(yǎng)、專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、道德素養(yǎng)等多個(gè)方面。多年的從業(yè)經(jīng)歷中,筆者切身感受到多數(shù)記者的法律素養(yǎng)明顯缺位。在具體的新聞采訪中,很多記者對(duì)法律法規(guī)一知半解,只有到了關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻才去"臨陣磨槍"。然而,與其他知識(shí)相比,法律知識(shí)具備一定的"專業(yè)門檻",臨時(shí)惡補(bǔ)極有可能造成對(duì)法律知識(shí)的誤解、曲解。特別是面對(duì)一些悲情題材,記者在介入案件時(shí),缺乏相關(guān)法律知識(shí),往往
[Abstract]:The legal literacy of journalists involves political literacy, legal literacy, professional accomplishment, moral literacy and so on.
