【摘要】：正4月22日,由中央政法委宣教室、最高人民法院應用法學研究所主辦,中國社會科學院法學研究所、北京知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法院協(xié)辦的"知識產(chǎn)權(quán)司法保護研討會"在京舉行。全國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法學界、法律界的專家學者共聚一堂,圍繞當前知識產(chǎn)權(quán)司法保護中社會高度關(guān)注的"知識產(chǎn)權(quán)侵權(quán)損害賠償?shù)乃痉ǘ▋r問題""知識產(chǎn)權(quán)司法保護與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法院建設(shè)""中華民族傳統(tǒng)資源保護與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)制度創(chuàng)新"等三個專題,進行深入研討
[Abstract]:On 22 April, a seminar on judicial protection of intellectual property rights was held in Beijing, sponsored by the Xuan classroom of the Central political and Law Commission, the Institute of Applied Law of the Supreme people's Court, the Law Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the Beijing intellectual property Court. Experts and scholars from the intellectual property law circles and the legal profession of the whole country gathered together, Focusing on the "Judicial pricing of intellectual property infringement compensation", "Judicial Protection of intellectual property Rights and the Construction of intellectual property Courts", "Protection and knowledge of traditional Resources of the Chinese Nation", which are highly concerned by the society in the current judicial protection of intellectual property rights Three topics: innovation of property right system, Conduct in-depth discussions
