【摘要】：作為國(guó)家文化建設(shè)的出版行業(yè)及出版法律體制建設(shè),伴隨著百年來國(guó)家的奮進(jìn)之路,經(jīng)歷了近代中國(guó)的尋路歷程。新中國(guó)成立后,我國(guó)出版事業(yè)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)嶄新的發(fā)展階段,相應(yīng)的出版法律體制建設(shè)在逐漸完善和構(gòu)建中發(fā)生了嬗變。展望未來,唯有法治,即出版法律制度的立新、修訂和創(chuàng)制,才能打造出具有中國(guó)特色的出版法律體系,推進(jìn)出版行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the national cultural construction of the publishing industry and publishing legal system construction, along with the country's road to forge ahead in the past hundred years, it has experienced the course of seeking the way in modern China. After the founding of New China, China's publishing industry has entered a new stage of development, and the corresponding legal system of publishing has evolved in the process of gradual improvement and construction. Looking forward to the future, only the rule of law, that is, the establishment, revision and creation of the publishing legal system, can create a publishing legal system with Chinese characteristics and promote the sustainable development of the publishing industry.
