【摘要】：本文以期刊為例,通過探討"文責(zé)自負(fù)"這一頗具爭議的話題,指明了期刊社和期刊編輯規(guī)避侵權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的必要性,繼而對(duì)編輯出版的各個(gè)階段,包括選題策劃與組稿、審稿、編輯加工過程中容易產(chǎn)生的侵權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的規(guī)避策略。
[Abstract]:Taking periodicals as an example, this paper points out the necessity of avoiding the risk of infringement by journal agencies and editors by discussing the controversial topic of "the ego of literary responsibility", and then reviews the various stages of editing and publishing, including selecting topics, planning and organizing manuscripts, and reviewing manuscripts. This paper summarizes and analyzes the risk of tort in the process of editing, and puts forward the corresponding strategies to avoid it.
