【摘要】：正近年來(lái),我國(guó)校園欺凌現(xiàn)象頻發(fā)。校園欺凌嚴(yán)重?fù)p害學(xué)生身心健康,破壞教學(xué)秩序和社會(huì)秩序,已成為嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。因此,研究我國(guó)反校園欺凌制度的現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國(guó)外反校園欺凌的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步完善我國(guó)反校園欺凌制度,顯得尤為重要。一、我國(guó)反校園欺凌制度青少年是國(guó)家的未來(lái)、民族的希望。我國(guó)《憲法》《義務(wù)教育法》和《未成年人保護(hù)法》等對(duì)青少年的特殊、優(yōu)先保護(hù)進(jìn)行了規(guī)定�！额A(yù)防未成年人犯罪法》對(duì)預(yù)防、防止未成年人犯罪
[Abstract]:In recent years, bullying on campus in China occurs frequently. Bullying on campus has become a serious social problem. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the current situation of anti-campus bullying system in China, learn from the beneficial experience of foreign countries, and further improve the anti-campus bullying system in China. First, the youth anti-campus bullying system is the future of the country, the hope of the nation. The Constitution of China's compulsory Education Law and the Law on the Protection of minors, etc., provide for the special protection of juveniles and give priority to the protection of juveniles. The Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency provides for the prevention and prevention of juvenile delinquency.
