【摘要】：正近日,隨著新民、長海等7個地區(qū)頒發(fā)首本不動產(chǎn)權(quán)證書,遼寧省實現(xiàn)14市的100縣區(qū)全部啟用全國統(tǒng)一的不動產(chǎn)權(quán)證書,這標志著遼寧省不動產(chǎn)統(tǒng)一登記制度在基層落地。目前,全省已頒發(fā)新版證書22.8萬本。遼寧省從今年5月開始啟用頒發(fā)新版證書,按照"便民、利民"的要求,各地完成了機構(gòu)建立、人員劃轉(zhuǎn)、資料移交、窗口設(shè)置、流程再造等工作,使登記業(yè)務(wù)更加標準化、規(guī)范化,實現(xiàn)了"一個窗口進,一個窗口出",使登記手續(xù)更為便捷。鐵嶺市按照不同業(yè)務(wù)子項,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)難易程度,工作環(huán)節(jié)由三級審
