【摘要】：正民法典是民事法律體系化的產(chǎn)物,是民事法律成文化的最高層次,也是大陸法系民法文明的至高境界,民法典在國家治理中發(fā)揮重大作用。黨的十八屆四中全會作出了"加強(qiáng)市場法律制度建設(shè),編纂民法典"的決定,再一次拉開了編纂民法典的序幕。作為民法典編纂的基礎(chǔ)性工程,民法典體系的構(gòu)建關(guān)系著整部民法典的質(zhì)量與水平。為此,本刊記者就民法典體系的構(gòu)建問題,專程訪問了中國社會科學(xué)院學(xué)部委員梁慧星教授。
[Abstract]:The civil code is the product of the civil law system, the highest level of the civil law culture, and the highest level of the civil law civilization of the civil law system.
