【摘要】：隨著社會發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步,醫(yī)療服務(wù)供應(yīng)能力的有限性同人民群眾日益增長的健康需求之間的矛盾日益突出,健全的醫(yī)療保障體系缺失,更加催化了醫(yī)患糾紛激化。各種傷醫(yī)、殺醫(yī)事件屢見報端,在帶給我們震撼的同時,也引起我們的思考。醫(yī)患糾紛是社會復(fù)雜矛盾在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的集中體現(xiàn),是反映社會狀況的"晴雨表"。醫(yī)患關(guān)系是最重要的社會關(guān)系之一,而醫(yī)療事業(yè)則是關(guān)系國計民生的大事,要解決好醫(yī)患糾紛,就必須站在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略的高度,讓政府、企業(yè)、社會組織及個人共同努力,從政府投入、優(yōu)化機制、法律監(jiān)管、文化教育、輿論引導(dǎo)等多個方面著手,內(nèi)外兼修、標(biāo)本兼治,構(gòu)建和諧醫(yī)患關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)人人健康共享幸福的中國夢!
[Abstract]:With the social development and economic progress, the contradiction between the limitation of medical service supply capacity and the increasing health demand of the people is becoming increasingly prominent. The absence of a sound medical security system has even more catalysed the intensification of doctor-patient disputes. The killing of doctors is often reported, which not only shocked us, but also caused us to think. The doctor-patient disputes are the concentrated manifestation of the complex social contradictions in the medical field. The relationship between doctors and patients is one of the most important social relations, and the medical cause is a major event related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. In order to solve the doctor-patient disputes well, we must stand at the height of the overall strategy for the development of the national economy and society. Let the government, enterprises, social organizations and individuals work together to start from the government input, optimize the mechanism, legal supervision, culture and education, public opinion guidance and other aspects, both inside and outside, both internal and external, cure both symptoms and root causes, and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Chinese Dream, who realizes everyone's health and happiness!
