【摘要】：艾滋病的防治不僅是醫(yī)學(xué)上的問題,也是人類面臨的重大社會問題,同時也給法學(xué)界帶來了諸多問題的思考。社會工作介入艾滋病的防治并與醫(yī)療方法想結(jié)合,對艾滋病的防治工作具有積極意義。但在社會工作介入艾滋病防治的工作中,艾滋病患者的隱私權(quán)與大眾知情權(quán)的沖突問題不可避免。本文擬從社會工作介入艾滋病防治為視角,通過分析艾滋病患者的基本人權(quán),結(jié)合社會工作介入的實踐困境,以法律的手段協(xié)調(diào)艾滋病人隱私權(quán)與大眾知情權(quán)之間的關(guān)系,以期有利于艾滋病人隱私權(quán)的保護,推動我國艾滋病防治工作的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The prevention and treatment of AIDS is not only a medical problem, but also a major social problem facing mankind. At the same time, it has brought a lot of problems to the legal community. Social work is involved in the prevention and treatment of AIDS and wants to be combined with medical methods. It is of positive significance to the prevention and treatment of AIDS. However, in the process of social work getting involved in the prevention and treatment of AIDS, The conflict between the right to privacy of AIDS patients and the right to know is inevitable. From the perspective of social work intervention in the prevention and treatment of AIDS, this paper analyzes the basic human rights of AIDS patients and combines the practical dilemma of social work intervention. To coordinate the relationship between the right to privacy of AIDS patients and the right to know by means of law in order to benefit the protection of the right of privacy of AIDS patients and to promote the development of AIDS prevention and control work in China.
