【摘要】：通過分析農(nóng)村婦女土地權(quán)益受到侵害的現(xiàn)狀、危害以及成因,文章針對文化、法律、政治各方面提出了改變農(nóng)村婦女土地受侵害現(xiàn)狀的方法。對村規(guī)民約要增加審查制度和追責(zé)制度來預(yù)防違法的村規(guī)民約存在。提升農(nóng)村婦女的維權(quán)意識,制定婦女在村委會(huì)中的任職比例,加強(qiáng)村集體在做出決定時(shí)婦女的決策權(quán)。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the current situation, harm and causes of rural women's land rights infringement, the article aims at culture and law. All aspects of politics put forward the methods to change the present situation of rural women's land encroachment. We should increase the censorship system and the accountability system to prevent the existence of illegal village rules and regulations, and raise the awareness of rural women's rights protection. Set the proportion of women in village committees and strengthen women's decision-making power in village collective decisions.
