【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)盜版日益嚴(yán)重,對(duì)其治理已迫在眉睫。借鑒動(dòng)機(jī)心理學(xué)理論,網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)的盜版動(dòng)機(jī),主要包括外在物質(zhì)和精神誘因?qū)ΡI版者行為的強(qiáng)化增能效應(yīng);內(nèi)在自我認(rèn)知和價(jià)值期望對(duì)盜版者行為的激勵(lì)和指引效應(yīng);社會(huì)環(huán)境的交互決定效應(yīng)。并據(jù)此建議:構(gòu)建事前確權(quán)審核和傳播追蹤機(jī)制,降低盜版的誘因值和個(gè)體的自我效能感;完善事后懲戒機(jī)制,發(fā)揮社會(huì)環(huán)境的交互決定作用。
[Abstract]:Piracy of network literature is becoming more and more serious, so it is urgent to deal with it. Using the theory of motivation psychology for reference, the motive of piracy in network literature mainly includes the enhancement effect of external material and spiritual inducement to the behavior of pirates. The incentive and guidance effect of intrinsic self-cognition and value expectation on the behavior of pirates, the interactive determinant effect of social environment. It can reduce the value of inducement and the sense of self-efficacy of individual, perfect the mechanism of punishment afterwards, and give play to the interactive determinant effect of social environment.
