【摘要】：文章通過設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下個(gè)人信息保障性開發(fā)利用需求進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。一方面,掌握了個(gè)人信息在采集與泄露的基本情況:個(gè)人信息泄露的問題認(rèn)知程度、侵害造成的影響以及受到侵害的原因等;另一方面,明確了調(diào)查對(duì)象對(duì)當(dāng)前個(gè)人信息的利用和保護(hù)的需求:面對(duì)個(gè)人信息泄露救濟(jì)措施;立法的態(tài)度和建議;個(gè)人信息利用模式;個(gè)人信息開發(fā)利用過程管理辦法等。在個(gè)人信息保障性開發(fā)利用需求調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,分析大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下個(gè)人信息開發(fā)和保護(hù)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的障礙,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有法律、市場(chǎng)、技術(shù)提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:By designing a questionnaire, this paper investigates and studies the demand for the development and utilization of personal information under the environment of big data. On the one hand, it grasps the basic situation of personal information collection and leakage: the cognitive level of personal information leakage. On the other hand, it clarifies the needs of the object of investigation for the use and protection of personal information: the relief measures in the face of the disclosure of personal information; the legislative attitude and suggestions; On the basis of investigation and research on the demand for personal information development and utilization, this paper analyzes the current situation and obstacles of personal information development and protection under the environment of big data. And according to the existing law, market, technology to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
