【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)步入老齡化社會(huì),現(xiàn)行的法律框架下的成年監(jiān)護(hù)制度存在一定的管理落后。這其中主要是立法觀念落后,不能滿足時(shí)代發(fā)展需求。文章通過(guò)分析成年監(jiān)護(hù)制度的概念和立法基礎(chǔ),并探究現(xiàn)行民法中成年監(jiān)護(hù)制度的現(xiàn)狀,提出了完善成年監(jiān)護(hù)制度的措施。
[Abstract]:As China enters an aging society, the current legal framework of the adult guardianship system has a certain degree of backwardness in management, which is mainly due to the backward concept of legislation. The article analyzes the concept and legislative basis of adult guardianship system, probes into the present situation of adult guardianship system in the current civil law, and puts forward some measures to perfect the adult guardianship system.
