【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展也催生著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的普及,而網(wǎng)絡(luò)日新月異的特點(diǎn)又使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境與背景更為復(fù)雜,知識(shí)時(shí)代信息時(shí)代的標(biāo)簽化特征也逐漸明顯,而由此引發(fā)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)爭(zhēng)議不斷加大,如何做好網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息背景下的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)研究是當(dāng)前知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)背景下知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)特征變異研究為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)背景下知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)進(jìn)行全面分析,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的合法保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy has also spawned the popularization of network technology, and the characteristics of network with each passing day make the network environment and background more complex, and the tagging characteristics of the information age in the knowledge age are gradually obvious. And the intellectual property rights disputes arising therefrom are increasing. How to do well the research on intellectual property protection under the background of network information is the focus of the current intellectual property research. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the protection of intellectual property rights under the network background in order to realize the legal protection of intellectual property rights.
