【摘要】：未成年人犯罪問題,不僅僅是法律問題,還是一個(gè)社會(huì)問題,是社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中必須加以重視,更要坦然面對(duì)和解決的問題。防治未成年人犯罪是一項(xiàng)刻不容緩的任務(wù),也是社會(huì)與國(guó)家的一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期而艱巨的任務(wù),這不僅需要法律層面來(lái)完善防治未成年人犯罪的對(duì)策,更需要完善社會(huì)對(duì)策,需要凈化整體社會(huì)環(huán)境,采取社會(huì)治安綜合治理的措施。只有政府、社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校各個(gè)方面相互配合,少年司法制度與社區(qū)矯治相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建預(yù)防未成年犯罪的綜合體系,才能達(dá)到預(yù)防和減少未成年人犯罪的目的。
[Abstract]:The problem of juvenile delinquency, is not only a legal issue, or a social problem, is must be attention in the process of social development, but also to face the problem and solve. The prevention and control of juvenile delinquency is an urgent task, but also a long period of society and nation and arduous task, which requires not only legal level to improve the prevention and treatment of juvenile criminality, but also need to improve the social countermeasures, need to purify the social environment, take the comprehensive management of social security measures. Only the government, society, family, school in all aspects of mutual cooperation, the juvenile justice system and community correction combined to build a comprehensive system of prevention of juvenile crime, in order to achieve the prevention and reduce juvenile crime.
