【摘要】：文章梳理了中國(guó)自1995年第四次世界婦女大會(huì)以來出臺(tái)的女童政策,指出這些政策雖然對(duì)女童的發(fā)展起到了促進(jìn)作用,但與女童的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求相比仍存在著差距,未來應(yīng)該在兒童政策中全面納入性別視角,婦女政策中增加兒童視角,設(shè)立完善的女童政策體系,著力改變不利于女童發(fā)展的性別歧視文化,細(xì)化性別統(tǒng)計(jì)制度并加入年齡、民族、地區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)維度,建立問責(zé)制,以確保女童能夠獲得與男童平等的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the policies on girls issued by China since the 4th World Conference on Women in 1995, and points out that although these policies have played a role in promoting the development of girls, there is still a gap between them and the actual needs of girls. In the future, a gender perspective should be fully integrated into children's policies, a children's perspective should be added to women's policies, a sound policy system for girls should be established, efforts should be made to change the sexist culture that is not conducive to the development of girls, and gender statistics systems should be refined and age added, Ethnic, regional, urban and rural dimensions, establish accountability to ensure that girls can achieve development on an equal basis with boys.
