【摘要】：隨著媒體科技的迅猛發(fā)展,傳播介質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)多樣化、傳播渠道層出不窮,人人都是記者的時(shí)代更是讓傳播隨時(shí)隨地隨心復(fù)制黏貼、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)、分享……傳播便利性加劇導(dǎo)致傳播內(nèi)容難有版權(quán)保護(hù)可言,尤其是占據(jù)傳播內(nèi)容相當(dāng)比重的傳統(tǒng)媒體采制的新聞作品,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)、手機(jī)等新媒體的傳播過程中幾近"裸奔",完全失去了版權(quán)規(guī)范和保護(hù)。本文將針對(duì)廣播電視新聞作品在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和"兩微一端"等新媒體的傳播過程中的特點(diǎn),提出版權(quán)保護(hù)的相應(yīng)策略,期望將對(duì)今后網(wǎng)絡(luò)版權(quán)新秩序的建立提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of media science and technology, communication media present diversity, communication channels emerge in endlessly, everyone is a reporter in the era is to make the communication at any time, anywhere copy and paste, forward. Sharing. The intensification of communication convenience leads to the dissemination of content difficult to have copyright protection, especially the traditional media to occupy a considerable proportion of the spread of news works, in the network. In the process of transmission of new media such as mobile phone, almost "naked run", completely lost copyright norms and protection. This article will aim at the characteristics of radio and television news works in the process of dissemination of new media such as the Internet and "two microends". The corresponding strategies of copyright protection are put forward, which is expected to provide a reference for the establishment of a new network copyright order in the future.
