【摘要】：盡管早在2004年我國就出臺了《最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院關(guān)于辦理侵犯知識產(chǎn)權(quán)刑事案件具體應(yīng)用法律若干問題的解釋》,但是,頻繁出現(xiàn)的傳統(tǒng)媒體控告新媒體侵犯知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的新聞再一次說明,大量新媒體掠奪式的侵權(quán)已讓傳統(tǒng)媒體知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護遭遇法不責眾的尷尬。如何讓傳統(tǒng)媒體嘔心瀝血生產(chǎn)出的內(nèi)容得到切實保護,執(zhí)法監(jiān)督部門還需精準出重拳。
[Abstract]:Although as early as 2004, China issued the Supreme people's Court, Supreme people's Procuratorate on the handling of criminal cases against intellectual property rights specific application of a number of legal issues, but. The frequent occurrence of news reports in traditional media suing new media for infringing intellectual property rights is yet another illustration. A large number of new media predatory infringement has made the protection of intellectual property rights of traditional media encounter the embarrassment of the law.
