【摘要】：正數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展帶來了信息技術(shù)的革新,使得信息傳播方式發(fā)生了根本性的變化。信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,我國廣播組織權(quán)保護(hù)面臨一系列新的問題,為了規(guī)范廣播節(jié)目在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的傳播,急需加強(qiáng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣播節(jié)目非法傳播行為的監(jiān)控,保障廣播組織的合法權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:The development of positive digital network technology has brought about the innovation of information technology, which makes the mode of information dissemination change fundamentally. Under the environment of information network, the right protection of broadcasting organization in our country is faced with a series of new problems. In order to standardize the spread of broadcast programs in the network, it is urgent to strengthen the monitoring of the illegal dissemination of network broadcast programs and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of broadcasting organizations.
